A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
Digital Munya 2.0 is an immersive 3D digital experience and imaginative visualisation of a medieval Islamic villa (Arabic munya), its landscape, and authentic primary sources and artefacts that illuminate its historical and artistic significance.
Our imaginary villa was inspired by the real-life archaeological site of al-Rummaniyya, which in the 10th century was a luxurious court estate located near Córdoba, in present-day Spain.

Install instructions
MAC DOWNLOAD/INSTALL
1. Unzip the file, select the unzipped Digital Munya 2 file, and Control+right click. You may receive a message that the file can’t be opened. Click OK.
2. Control+right click the file again and select ‘Open’ from the options displayed (these are Open, Show in Finder, Cancel). That should launch the app.
3. Click Start to begin
